horrible service. They do not even help with bridesmaid dresses/mother it's dresses. hardly focuses on the brides. we ordered a dress. The consultant who checked us out scheduled and said same day to pick up the dress we can do our alterations. apparently she didn't schedule it and we were refused alterations until the 18th when our event is the 21. The store was mess. The floors are disgusting. I'd rather find a small locals botique

Allow a full refund for events that were cancelled due to COVID pandemic.
My stylist ditched me for another bride. 🤷🏻♀️
Took a long time for a salesperson to help us. When we finally decided on a dress, it took even longer to checkout. We finally left without purchasing the dresses. I don’t think they even noticed as they seemed not to care about helping us.

went in just to take a look and figure out brides maide dresses and style. the store was empty. No service. I had to ask and the representative was in a rush to leave. We got my daughter's dress at the David's bridal in Port Orange; Altamonte is closer for me. I will need to find another store or another bridal vendor. Sigh

If you are looking for a bridal shop to find the wedding dress of your dreams, or even a bridesmaid dress to complete your bridal party, look elsewhere, this is not the shop you want. I’m not sure I have ever, in my entire adult life, been so disappointed by a shopping experience. On January 20, 2019 my friend made an appointment at the Altamonte Springs David’s Bridal.
