Service we received from the male attendant was terrible. He seemed bothered that we were there. After he brought 4 dresses for my daughter to try on, he lost interest and acted as if she couldn't be pleased. He even remarked to me that he didn't know what else to bring her to try on because she didn't seem to know what she wanted. We left and went to Ella Park Bridal in Newburgh and had a wonderful experience.
Horrible customer service. Dresses do not arrive on time. No notification when dress arrives and consultants want to dismiss you when you have concerns and need alterations. I do not recommend them. Lost all my respect for the company.
Went in there this past weekend. Did not have an appointment. The girl that greeted us looked maybe 16. Obviously this job would be for an older individual with experience. She was very rude and looked at us as if we were just stupid. Told me I could look around, had no idea what size to get and told her. She offered absolutely no help kind words. I will never be back in your store. We walked around about 15 min obviously looking clueless. Not one person helped us.. Awful business!
