Even though I found a dress I liked, the experience was not very fun. The stylist had two bookings at once and my bridesmaids helped me more than anything. My group was great and we are farm girls so we are not that great at dress shopping It felted very rushed and not personalized. The website explanation did not match what was in store. Felt like we where not even welcomed to look at bridesmaids dresses and felt like since I was plus size, I was an inconvenience..
The entire bridal party for my friend’s wedding made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. The appointment started out pretty good. Our consultant was friendly enough and tried to be helpful. The end of our appointment was where everything went off the rails. One of the bridesmaids stated that she was not going to be ordering her dress today. My fiancé found the dress she liked there. The dress was around $300. Then to the alterations which came to a total of over $575. How do alterations almost cost 2 times the amount of the dress? Alterations should be included when someone buys a dress. People don’t buy a car then have to pay extra for the motor, tires and windows.

I’m a bridesmaid, we bought our dresses from David’s Bridal in Omaha. Today I had my alteration appointment at 12. Got there 20 min early, checked in. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me “Sorry, but we don’t have anyone here to do alterations until 2pm”. I told the lady I just drove 45 min and no one bothered to call me. I and stormed out. Really upset me They never bothered to call me or even tell me when I first got there. Horrible customer service! I will never go back. Waisted my time and gas
