I’m a bridesmaid, we bought our dresses from David’s Bridal in Omaha. Today I had my alteration appointment at 12. Got there 20 min early, checked in. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me “Sorry, but we don’t have anyone here to do alterations until 2pm”. I told the lady I just drove 45 min and no one bothered to call me. I and stormed out. Really upset me They never bothered to call me or even tell me when I first got there. Horrible customer service! I will never go back. Waisted my time and gas

Recommendedthey did not tell me their return policy they did not give me the colors i wanted and they refuse to return my money and i haven't even taken the dresses from the store. horrible excuse for a business. girls go elsewhere. they are not helpful during your already stressful time. 5 thumbs DOWN Update: After having to call and yell multiple times rtey finally decided to refund the money on the bridesmaids dressses that never left the store. Still would not recommend just from the mental anquish alone.
Oh my. Where do I start. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses. It was such a terrible experience. The employees were incredibly unprofessional and lacked any kind of bridal knowledge. My “stylist” (if you can even call him that) was just a kid who openly admitted to hating his job and had only worked there for a month. Liars! Liars! Liars! NEVER did I try on the dress I choose in a size 12. NEVER! The dress fit perfect except I needed a hem. The overlay for my dress was suppose to be pure sheer. That’s exactly what I tried on! NEITHER item can as expected. My dress is too big! A size 12. It would need alterations in a few places! Not just the hem. Unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. I walked in, this was the very first store I went to in my search for the perfect wedding dress. I walked in and no one acknowledged us for a good 10 minutes! Then a girl saw me and another 3 or so minutes went by and I finally said “ is there anyone who can help us?” I asked where the long sleeve gowns would be. All dressing rooms at stores are closed bc of covid and so I called Davids Bridal to see if they had my bra size measurements - they didn’t because it’s all handwritten and I had already picked up my dress, but they were kind enough to look up my dress size and figure out my bra sizing so that I could go bra shopping at Target. I went dress shopping there twice. The first time was a good experience. The second time was horrible. The person I was assigned to seemed annoyed the entire time and kept asking me on what I DIDNT like about the dresses I tried on. When I told her about a dress I was looking for and that I found something similar at Bridal Traditions and asked her if she had it, she told me, "Then why are you even here?" So rude. We have been trying to reach someone at the store to find out if 2 bridesmaids dresses that were supposed to be in as of this past Monday were in yet. No one ever answers the phone at the store, and there is no way to leave a message or email anyone. Very frustrating. I understand that they are closed and things are by appointment only right now, but they should have someone answering these questions.
