It stated a bit rough a lady Sandra said I never had a 3:00 pm appointment and scheduled me for 1:45pm. When I arrived with my party they told me that they never have 1:45 pm appointments. I had two wait until 3:00 pm to be seen but once I was in there Ms. Natasha was very helpful in getting the tope of dresses I was looking for. I thought I would be buying the dress I found on my own but in the end I picked on of the dresses she he looked for šĀ

What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and very attentive. My stylist Stephanie Adams was amazing, beginning to end. Initially I was disappointed because not one person greeted or even acknowledged my daughter( 4 years old, very excited to try on dresses for her aunts wedding) and I when we arrived to store. I stood in line for a few minutes at the front and eventually asked where the flower girl dresses were located and helped myself. AJ was super helpful! It was super busy and multiple of the dresses I wanted to try on in my size were being tried on by other fellow brides to be. I suggest scheduling your appointment at a time with very few appointments like a weekday.Ā

Holly is so sweet. She assist me every step of the way. She was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. The manager Candance assist my daughters and me as well with providing an array of sizes and accessories. In fact, a few other staff assisted with accessories as well. They display superb teamwork.Ā
