Got a Good deal and the dress was exactly what I wanted.
Good for affordable dresses. However nothing is really unique or outstanding there. I got my wedding dress for $99 there, and with alterations ($100 more) it was still an okay price. I didn't want to spend an insane amount on the dress because you only wear it once! I think I still looked beautiful on my special day and I was able to save money for flowers and food, which I thought was more important. It was no Vera Wang dress, though!
I had to get another size dress 2 months before the wedding and they were able to get exchange the dress even though I had bought it 4 months prior. The dress was also discontinued and they search all their store in order to get my dress in the right size, overall very good service
The staff was rude and very snotty. I spent quite a bit just on my tiara and veil at this location. I only went to this location because they had what I needed in stock. Would never return to this location for any friend's weddings to get bridesmaid dresses.
I was put off by the fact that as I walked into their shop with my family who happened to be in town for another wedding we were told "Do you have an appointment? No. Well we can't help you at all but you are welcome to look around. If you want to come back another day with an appointment we will be happy to have someone available to help you with dresses."
