The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! Now that the wedding is over i am going to do nothing but bash you! Im calling corporate and im going extremely public! From day 1 when the bride looked for a dress …it’s no wonder she didn’t get her dress there!!! And the only reason the wedding party got our dresses there was because it was the only store in the capital region that sold the color. The customer service was terrible!!! Incompetent!!!! Rude!!! I just want to start off by saying that almost all of the ladies who work here are amazing. Katie, Courtney, Melissa, even the district manager (I forgot her name lol sorry) you guys are the best. I went in thinking I was going to take my dress home!!! I got in the dress and immediately noticed my train wasn’t there (the dress I THOUGHT I ORDERED had a long beautiful cathedral train). The warehouse apparently tagged the floor dress wrong so when it was ordered I got the WRONG dress!!!! The lady (Tara) we worked with was trying to do her best but you could tell she was TERRIFIED she was going to lose her job if she did TOO much. David's Bridal, ruining weddings one at a time. Company ordered the wrong dress because of improper tagging and didn't come close to making up for a sobbing bride. They make the mistake but YOU, the consumer, pay an enormous amount of money for it. Here, take the floor model for the same price as a custom made one, that is stretched, stained, torn and gross. The wedding dress of dreams... NOT! what a disgusting company, you only care about money, not the bride experience. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

Always had a good expirence at David's Bridal. Always. The stylists are absolutely amazing, kind and patient. Today I went with my mother in law, to get some accessories and flower girl dresses.
