RecommendedMy experience the 10+ times in 5 months that I have been into Davids bridal in colonie NY would be a 1 star review if it weren't for the sweet gems Hemawattie & Kay Sasangan!!! These girls fix every other employees mistake, they go above and beyond, they fix any problem you have.....and all WITH A SMILE ON!!! I cannot even tell you how many times I went into the store to have a random employee mess up my account, or say they will put new info into the computer and NEVER ACTUALLY DO IT, all to have these 2 managers fix it all... read more

Wow gotta love that I was sold a dress that had a huge stain on it that was not noticeable until the flash of a camera went off. Call this location and I'm told you can't help me. This dress has sat in the bag since the day I bought it untouched and now I'm out the money I paid for a crap dress.
Recommendedour daughter was stressed when she got there,but the attendant there made her feel like a bride to be. it was hard being on facetime through the whole thing being stationed in Korea but the bridal attendant made it all COME together. thank you David's Bridal.
Came in to look at dresses on what I thought was going to be a nice day with my sisters to get ready for my sister's big day. The line was out the door with people waiting to be checked in because so many people were scheduled at the same time. Was told we had to make an appointment 3 hours out in order to even try one on which should be specified on the site that you have to make an appointment to do so. Came in to find a bridesmaids dress. Was given the consultant Tracy. Did not like her at all! She was very demanding, lack of attention to not only me but to my boyfriend and gave me both dresses & shoes that did not fit even after I told her my size. On the other hand, Adidjra (?) was VERY nice, helpful and made sure I had everything I needed & wanted.
Just picked up my dress that I paid over $1,000 for and it was handed to me in a plastic bag. They said I’d have to pay to get a garment bag. To top it off I tried it on and Tracy (someone working) offered to help zip up my dress and had the nerve to ask me if I was sure it was my size 😡😡

The service here is terrible. They ordered my best friends wedding gown in the wrong size and couldn't alter it to fit the way it was designed to fit.
