we had terrible service at this location. our stylist (name started with a g)was rude and was yelling because we pulled to many dresses for the bridesmaid to try on. the service for the bride was terrible. we told her the gown we wantes and she said they didnt have it, we looked and found it. savannah was the stylist who saved the day for us. would not waste my time going to this location

Service was terrible. Not enough help. When they did help, they were rude. We were told not to pull so many dresses off the rack and I think for dropping the money that I did, I could pull whatever I wanted Off the rack. Appears like many reviews are similar.

I went there with my daughters and bridesmaids and let just say that we did all the work.We found the dresses and the person that was assigned to her was bouncing from client to client.This was a special day and it was ruined having to run all over !!! And we had a appointment 😔

I had the worst experience ever! When my "stylist" came over to me she started off with rolling her eyes....uhmmmmm excuse me!?! Then she brings me, my mother, and my MOH to our dressing room to quickly tell us that she would be going to do something else and ran off. My mom and my MOH were pulling dresses and when I needed clips so my mom could help me hold a dress closed (because my stylist decided I wasn't important enough to help AT ALL!!!) she was nowhere to be found.... she was found later with two armfuls of dresses f... read more

Horrible experience when I went to try on wedding dresses. Let’s just say I left hating my body. But this review isn’t about that. My best friend is getting married July 31 and her experience has not been good. Apparently you have 7 days to return your dress when you order one even if you are ordering it and don’t receive until after 7 days. My friends dress showed up ripped. we had an appointment and when we walked in it was like no one had a clue who we were or why we were there. They acted like we talked into a taco shack to try on dresses. Ther were supposed to have some dresses pulled for us, of course they didnt. Went there for a brides maid dress after going to one in Massachusetts so I already knew my size and had an idea of style. When I walked in and told the lady what I wanted to try on she looked at me and said "You are not allowed to do that". When I asked why she just said I wasn't. How Rude!!

I went to David's Bridal on two different occasions and was not impressed. The first time was to pick out a wedding gown and my stylist basically let me roam the collection by myself and left me to try them on by myself. When I didn't like any of them I just tried on and needed more she was no where to be found to help she was to busy helping another person who she wasn't even the stylist of to the point that it took me 3 hours to find a dress.
