Absolute worst service ever and not enough choices size wise. We had an appointment and you wouldn't have even known. Our consultant first never really greeted us then after we took it upon ourselves to try on tells us she is on the other side so we ended up needing to move dressing rooms. Then after we move she was never around. The absolute worst. Avoid shopping for your special day at all costs. I never received an email or phone call saying that my dress was in, so they had it shipped and left without anyone signing for it.. over $1000 and no communication. For my bridesmaids.. they ordered the completely wrong dress, one that they didn't even try on. This place is a disorganized mess full of rude people. It was a Wednesday afternoon so the store was not busy. I was in shopping for a bridesmaid dress and my appointment was for 12:30. Nobody came over to assist me until after 1. By that point I had pulled a couple dresses from the rack and the consultant Maia had come over. She seemed stressed and annoyed with me and was overall unhelpful. There were no sizes available in most of the dresses I tried on and I was told it would take 16 weeks for an order to come in. I had purchased a dress for my sister for her big day and since day one has been the worst experience. I had called a few times stated they would call me back and waited and nothing called Again a few hours later and got a nasty tone from kate. My sister went in to see if her dress was cleaned As promised 2 weeks ago. I was there for my girlfriend (the bride) trying on bridesmaid dresses. Firstly, 1 dressing room for 8 girls is absolutely ridiculous. 2nd the young lady helping us was extremely awkward and didn’t seem confident in some of the things we needed. I understand it’s a Saturday morning which is extremely busy but be more accommodating. None of us ended up ordering our dresses. We were so disappointed.

I was told to come back later in the day to try on one dress. When I said I lived an hour away the woman replied, “Well that’s too bad, isn’t it?” All I needed to do was figure out what size I was and place an order. That place is such a circus full of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Apparently not much has changed since I bought my wedding dress there four years ago. Never again.
