DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!!!!! They screwed up my order and I’m return are giving me store credit!!!!!!! I don’t need or want your credit. I want some of my money back. Totally got screwed. I do not recommend this store at all.

Shocked at the lack of professionalism here. Stopped by with my family hoping to look at wedding dresses for my wedding. The manager, Kay, says to employee while I’m standing there “were not taking walk in todays, please don’t take a walk in today. Don’t do that to me” So extremely rude and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a special experience picking a wedding dress. Mine certainly won’t be picked from here.

They can start by firing the employees they now have, and get new more accommodating, polite, and helpful people.

Exactly a month before my wedding my dress was a disaster after alterations since they had ordered my dress two sizes bigger than what was agreed. I know bridal sizes are weird and run different. But in this particular designer my measurements fit a 4 top and 8 bottom. So I was going to get the 8 for my hips and have the top altered to a 4. Somehow I got a 12. I went in for my dress and they were accommodating and helpful. I went back to pick something up and the employees just looked at me- I tried to get someone's attention and was ignored. I stood at the check in desk for 10 minutes before someone came over and told me that they didn't have time to help me look - I WAS THERE TO PICK UP SOMETHING, no on even asked me. I called today to set up my dress appointments and the woman in the alterations department basically yelled at me when I asked her what days they do alterations th... read more

I just wanted to share an experience with the rest of you, so hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else! About 10 months ago I started look for my dress, I had found one at David’s bridal, they only carried it in Champagne they said but I wanted white. In order for me to see the dress I had to buy it. Taking the chance I did, I ended up liking the white a lot, however when I ordered it I told them I needed an size 8 they push and pushed me to go for the 10 so I took there advice and did. If I could give this particular location a negative rating, I would....From one bride to another or any future brides, DO NOT GO HERE! Starting off, I had booked a time slot online weeks in advance for the appointment. Being new to the surrounding area, I called a day before the appointment to verify their location only to find out they didn't have my appointment booked, so I made an appointment on the phone with an associate. Treated terribly this morning. I was in a room that I was PUT in and then spoken to by another sales lady because “I wasn’t supposed to be in”... even though I believe she put the sign on the door AFTER I was already in there. Absolutely disgraceful. I won’t go back.....
