Honestly. I bought my wedding dress here and multiple other gowns. Came in to get a price for a hem and they wouldn’t allow me to pay half then and half at pick up. Great way to lose business on a simple job. The seamstress was VERY nice but management was rude. I won’t be back for anything.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with David’a Bridal. And would never recommend to anyone. I had originally left a good review since finding my “perfect” dress was a great experience here. But that’s where the great part ended. When shopping for a dress I made it clear what I was looking for… country boho with a sleeve. Was told I could add a sleeve to the dress I ended up LOVING. very disappointed in the alterations department. I purchased my dress at David's Bridal as well as 3 of my bridesmaids. two of my bridesmaids got their dresses altered here. they went at the end of July and everything was good and fit fine. alterations were made and they went to pick up their dresses in the same accessories they used for the first fitting. dresses didn't fit. they were told to go back the following Sunday. they both drive there for them to get looked at by someone else. mind you they both live 40+ minutes so... read more

I purchased a gown from them. Returned to get alterations my gown had a small train and I stated to the seamstress i wanted the train still. She assured me it would still be there. Went to pick up my gown and no train was there she cut the gown all around one inch above the floor. When i mentioned this they only offered me a half price refund on the alterations. I just went there today with my sister (she was the bride) they were very pushy and didn’t listen to what she wanted at all- my sister left without the dress because they were so horrible- gave her dresses she didn’t like and didn’t allow her to even have a say.

had an appointment yesterday and was so incredibly disappointed. My stylist did nothing other than make me feel sad and put stuff back on hangers. Either she was new and didn’t know how to do her job or she just didn’t care for her job. She made a day that was supposed to be special to me absolutely awful! I was there last month to look for my wedding dress and gotten Kim to help me. She was god awful and showed no interest in trying to pull a dress I actually liked and rolled her eyes about things I was doing for my wedding. I only ended up finding my dress there bc the manager saw how unhappy we were and stepped in. I got Kim again to do my bridesmaids dresses and was once again disappointed. A friend of mine put a 300 dollar deposit on a wedding dress and was never contacted by this store again. After calling she was told she needed to pay in full before they ordered, but she was never told this at her appointment and didn’t even receive so much as a courtesy call. They are refusing to give back her money.

I was in yesterday and not one employee offered me help. Not even eye contact until check out. The manager Destiny who was on duty was rude when checking out because she was at the register eating and had to stop to help me. They should really train in the wilkes barre store where the service was anazing.
