Our group went into the Whitehall store in July , we were treated badly they told us we would have to share a dressing room . I don’t want to say they are racist but we were the only group that the groom was with us and my sister is marrying a black male . The consultant barely waited on us . I wouldn’t even give 1 star...went to pick up my dress from having alterations done I had an appointment and they were overbooked...was thrown in outside dressing room with no help to get my dress on...when I complained the hem was too short I told the woman I’m wearing flip flops and want to make sure u don’t see them...I was told sorry u can leave a review...did nothing at all to try fix the problem...I will never use them again

I had a terrible experience when I was looking for a wedding dress. The consultant was preoccupied and not willing to help at all. She put the dresses in the room, told me to go in, and continued chatting with another employee ans seemed annoyed when I asked for help. Luckily I found my perfect dress at Alfred Angelo. I went into David’s Bridal today for my appointment at 11 with my bridesmaids. They told me at the welcome desk that my appointment was actually at 12:30, I then explained to the David’s Bridal rep that I am in the military and I made my appointment at 11 because that was the only time that would work for me. I’m very upset with this store. My bridesmaid ordered their dresses with the CORRECT PLU code. My bridesmaids all live in NJ so the dresses had to be delivered to their houses. Well ALL my bridesmaids dresses were wrong when the dresses came in the mail. The cashier told them the dresses will go to the store first to be approved and then mailed out. This is the second time that I have been to this David Bridal since I started shopping for my wedding. The first time I went to try on dresses for myself. It was a night that wasn’t busy and I still managed to get a consultant that paid no attention to me whatsoever.
