Its sad they cant bring you what you ask for in your size being they're so "big and popular" you would think they had better service and dresses. They sucked!. The consultant was judgey they didn't have the dresses we wanted in the sizes we wanted. Meaning if you're not a size 6 or a size 22 you're not getting a dress that fits. Seriously? Do not recommend this place at all !
we had an appointment for 3 bridesmaid dress try ons & a separate one right after for my best friends wedding dress. our associate was not helping really at all. she’d be sitting in the chairs we had while we tried on dresses, we couldn’t find her a lot of the time, we were out looking for dresses for all of us ourselves, when it came time to try them on, again she was nowhere to be found so we’d be clipping them and adjusting them ourselves, our bride would ask for something specific and she’d give her the opposite.. just a... read more

My fiancé and her best friend came in to your store today to shop for a weeding dress. Not only did nobody personally help her, but they were exceptionally rude and just stood there and stared at her. She didn’t even want to try on a dress because she felt so judged. She left feeling discouraged thanks to crap customer service. Shame on you for making her feel unworthy of wearing one of your dresses. We spent our money elsewhere and she had a great experience there. Save your time and don’t go here.

I was there today with my bridesmaids- 4 of the 7 that I have and my daughter. We arrived early, not expecting to be taken in early but still time to shop around before our consultant met with us. Well, Saturday at 3:30 is an AWFUL time to go because once 3:30 hit there were probably 4 parties waiting on a consultant. It was clean and the assistant was nice but she was trying to work on to many people at once.

Terrible customer service! Expect my fiance to travel over an hour to fix their mistake!
The company made an error I their part when ordering the sash for my wedding dress. It came in the wrong color but labeled in the correct box. I didn't notice til I got home (over an hour away) and held it to the color swatch that it was no where close to the right color. I called them to have the issue fixed. I asked them to please order a new one and when it came in and i came to pick it up (an unplanned trip) that I would then return the wrong one. Worst customer service ever!. Be aware of what they offer you when you open up their credit card!. Got sucked into opening it because they were offering "no finance charge" for six months. That is a lie!!. Also my dress had holes when picked up and they wanted to charge me even MORE to repair it when it wasn't even my fault. Like I said be very careful ladies, what's supposed to be a beautiful experience has turned into a nightmare.
