RecommendedI convince myself that David’s Bridal was too expensive and found a little boutique in the Poconos instead. This experience was awful. We didn’t even get to attend our appointment because when we arrived we were told “we didn’t have an appointment.” We had an email confirmation that told us otherwise, which we were told was “invalid” because we didn’t receive a text message. Do better David’s bridal, your management disgusts me.

I made appointments 5 weeks in advance. Appointments were confirmed two days before, the woman I spoke to stated I had two appointments, two stylist, like I planned. My bridesmaid got a babysitter, my mother took off work, every thing was good. At 8:52PM the night before, as I’m trying to get my children to sleep, someone from the store calls to tell me they’re moving one of my two appointments to an hour and a half later. RecommendedHad my appointment with my girls with Sara today for my wedding dress. Sara was so personable. Professional. Helpful. Made the experience incredible and her manager was incredible as well. It’s been over 25 years since I was there doing this and what a difference. It was so much fun and Sara made the experience far better than I expected it to be. I went here to get my wedding dress. I had been looking online and found a dress I loved. I go in, tell the stylist which dress I’m thinking and my budget. He proceeded to pull dresses 3x my budget... I ended up finding my dress on the clearance rack and left within 30 minutes of the appointment time. During the appointment I was told I was too little and nothing would fit right.
