I no longer recommend David’s bridal. I purchased my wedding dress from this store around Christmas time, and was told at the point of purchase that my dress would be shipped to the store and that I would receive a phone call when it was ready for pickup. Over the weekend my dress was delivered to my house in a UPS box. The dress was sloppily put into the box, completely unbuttoned and unzipped, and left unattended where it could have been stolen or ruined because it was raining at the time. when i arrived there the girl who was suppose to help me didnt. this was suppose to be a special moment for me as a bride and it got ruined. i did find my dress thanx to my sister who had to step in and do there job.

Just went in and had the worst experience! The “manager” Megan was extremely rude, was talking about me and my guests to her staff because she was upset I only showed up with one bridesmaid (not sure what that matters to her). Ended up leaving and not trying anything on and sucks to be them because not only did they lose my business on this occasion but they lost out on money from my other 5 bridesmaids and the $250 veil I was prepared to buy today. The David's bridal in Whitehall had the rudest women I met they are constantly rushing anyone who isn't a bride out I got my wedding gown at the David's bridal in Kennett Square MUCH better experience

I would give them 0 stars. They lied to me about my measurements. And made me get it two sizes too big. And they tell you that if it doesn’t fit you, you can exchange it once. But when they ring you up, you sign the receipt it says final sale! So they lie to you to get more money out of you for the seamstress to alter it.

Most awful experience ever. My daughters prom is in 2 days. David's ruined her dress in alterations and refuse to give me cash back for the dress and the alterations. They actually had the audacity to tell me it was illegal to refund me in cash. We paid over 500 bucks(8 weeks ago)and now have no dress for prom. Everyone pretended to be helpful but we heard the alterations lady calling my daughter fat, and hysterical. They tried 3 times to fix the dress and it just kept coming out worse each time. I had made an appointment for my gown and when I got there they had overbooked two brides at the same time. I barely had any help. Thank god I had someone with me to actually help me get into the dresses. Luckily I was able to find a gown (on my own) and when I went to pick it up it was apparently an inconvenience to try it on before leaving. Since I was there and one of my bridesmaids was with me I figured she could try ONE dress on since it was a dead night. And again that seemed like a giant inconvenience as well. I recen... read more

I don't understand how this place is still in business. they double booked appointments and the bride I was with got NO help. so it was up to us bridesmaids to find and help dress her. not to mention there is absolutely zero places for waiting so 10 of us were crowded in one tiny area. To top it off...after 2 hours if looking for bridesmaids dresses the one style we choose was discontinued (which we didn't find out til we went to pay at the register). so we couldn't even order them. This store the one manager is so rude. Gave me attitude because I cancelled a layaway due to the bride not approving then told me she couldn’t order my dress in time for the wedding. Guess what I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to the Trevose store and they were absolute professionals. They ordered my dress and I got it way early. So the Whitehall store obviously didn’t want the sale.
