RecommendedVanessa was amazingly sweet !
They are just plain rude, uninterested, & mean every time I’ve come in to the store. The only person who showed any type of kindness was the lady who altered my dress. I’ve always had great experiences with David’s Bridal so this is super disappointing.

This location in particular has no idea what true customer service is. Vanessa was god awful. The bride ran back & forth getting bridesmaids dresses because the David’s bridal team couldn’t be bothered to do their job. At one point, she asked our bride a question and then WALKED AWAY in the middle of her answer. Yes, we did talk to the manager— whom apologized over and over again. we went to an appointment yesterday all was good until the consulant next to us kept mumbling stuff under his breath about our party , he was very rude didnt get his name but he wears glasses and has dark hair. Had my sister not feel in love with the very last dress she tried on we would of took our business else where . But definatly dont recommend and wont recommend this location because of him .

I was super excited to get my wedding dress, however, during my visit here, I was told that if I wanted to drop a dress size I would have to lose 20 pounds. When you're shopping for a wedding dress you want to feel good about yourself and the experience, and while I know it wasn't meant to be rude, this made me leave feeling self conscious.

Awful terrible place, we ordered all these things from them to work around the dress and they shipped the wrong size and refuse to give us a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Oh and Walter from customer service was rude and very upset knowing that we were recording the phone call even though he said our call was being recorded. Walter is an asshole and I will keep bashing David’s Bridal until we get our money back 100%.
With this being my special day I was trying my best not to be a bridezilla but the last three times I’ve been to there I found my own dresses and my friends help me in and out, they over booked their stylist to have way to many girls at once. When we were trying on dresses they only gave us one room but the girls next to us had three. When I wanted a price check on a dress my stylist acted like it was going to kill her.
