Sale associate that helped us with our bridesmaids dress shopping appointment was the absolute rudest. She acted like she didn't want to be there and that she was bothered that my bridesmaids wanted to try on various dresses.

I'm appalled that you sold my information to consultants of multilevel marketing companies without my consent. I'm getting emails and texts with subjects like "Congrats David's Bridal bride!" trying to scam me into thinking I won something (spoiler alert: it's a free sample) after going to an appointment at this store right before the covid-19 closures. RecommendedVanessa was amazingly sweet !
They are just plain rude, uninterested, & mean every time I’ve come in to the store. The only person who showed any type of kindness was the lady who altered my dress. I’ve always had great experiences with David’s Bridal so this is super disappointing.

This location in particular has no idea what true customer service is. Vanessa was god awful. The bride ran back & forth getting bridesmaids dresses because the David’s bridal team couldn’t be bothered to do their job. At one point, she asked our bride a question and then WALKED AWAY in the middle of her answer. Yes, we did talk to the manager— whom apologized over and over again. we went to an appointment yesterday all was good until the consulant next to us kept mumbling stuff under his breath about our party , he was very rude didnt get his name but he wears glasses and has dark hair. Had my sister not feel in love with the very last dress she tried on we would of took our business else where . But definatly dont recommend and wont recommend this location because of him .

I was super excited to get my wedding dress, however, during my visit here, I was told that if I wanted to drop a dress size I would have to lose 20 pounds. When you're shopping for a wedding dress you want to feel good about yourself and the experience, and while I know it wasn't meant to be rude, this made me leave feeling self conscious.
