I've never been sooo insulted in my life...thanks for giving me the stare down employee at David's Bridal along with the comment "Wow...I don't think we have anything that will fit you...what are you a 00?!?." This was before i even started picking out dresses to try on... To add on to the terrible service, she asked me to pick out 5 dresses i wanted to try on and she only pulled 1/5 and the rest she picked herself and they were all types of dresses I DIDN'T ask for. At first things were good..then went downhill. The selection of dresses I gave to my attendant were not available due to not having in stock. So out of 10 I got to try on 4. Then nothing else was even offered to me to try on. I am a mother of the bride. You would think after the bride has purchased her dress and three of the bridesmaids are purchasing also the service would be a bit better. This was supposed to be an amazing day for me. Instead it was horrible. Thanks to your sales rep who made sure to let me know I inconvienced her by wanting to shop there and having an appt.
The service here is TERRIBLE. I went in to pick up Bridesmaid dresses, and there were 3 salespeople - NONE of whom greeted me. The lady who appeared to be the manager saw me, and then proceeded to pick up the phone and make an outgoing call! Next young woman was more interested in calling a co-worker to see when she was coming in to work than helping me.
