I have had norhing but problems with this store. First they lost all my Bridesmaids measurments so all of them had to come back in to be re-measured. Then when they decided they would give them a discount for all the trouble each dress ended up being a different price. Congratulations on maintaining David's Bridal's reputation as the Wal-Mart of bridal stores. The sheer incompetence of your staff is astounding. First of all, your bridal consultants don't know that in-store and online inventories are ENTIRELY separate so when one of your girls told me that a dress was not available for four months and forced me to buy a nonreturnable dress that I hated she was wrong. I had a terrible experience. Abominable customer service. Went in exactly three months before a wedding for a bridesmaid dress. Was told they didn't have the correct dress in store but they would fit me, and would have the real dress sent to the store ASAP. After the fitting, they took my money and I hadn't heard from them in weeks. They said they would notify me when the dress arrived. I took my fiancé in and it was the worst customer service experience ever. So we called the Brodie location and we are here now in the dress she wants. You should just close the north location.
This store is horrific they suck a**! They are rude,nasty and so not helpful! They are not about helping customers they are about helping themselves! I wouldn't reccomend this place to a dog! You'll love david's bridal commercial is a damn lie! You'll hate david's bridal is more like it! I will never shop here again! If I could give it 0 stars I would have!
