This is exactly why I will never shop at this company again we ordered her dress online and the dress Came today and as soon as I took it out of the package I noticed right away there was no tags just plastic tab for the tag than I start looking more closely the straps were unthreading and causing big openings than I noticed the tulle was poorly cut around the appliqués which I didn't get to add those pictures because you can only add 10 pictures. I recently had some poor experiences with the David’s Bridal Baltimore location. I feel like a lot of the behavior that I experienced was unacceptable. I would literally never go back at this point and I would never recommend this place to any of my clients. My consultant Katie, was really great and knowledgeable, however when I had to deal with alterations I was very upset and disappointed. EDIT: we got a call from “management” and they purposefully hung up on us. They didn’t put us on hold and we could hear them in the background asking if they should hang up and we could hear them cackling. I got a bridesmaid dress here and my friend got her wedding dress here. We’ve had horrible experiences every time we’ve been there. They are rip-off my daughter got her’s there, the alterations were late when we went to pick it up. Then the had to press it & when we got it home there were a # of pearls & sequins that were on the gown, so guess who had to do that right me!!!!! I had to lay it on my dinning room table & get to work in order for her to look nice. I will never use them again!!!!!!😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible! I ordered my dress in March...they ordered the wrong size. They reordered my dress in April only for them to inform me my dress would arrive 1 day before my wedding. Also to top it off they ordered THE WRONG DRESS! I had to go to the store try and find a new dress in which my only option was to pick a dress on the floor that was tried on by probably 100 people. Only solution was to pick some raggedy dress that was stained and ripped or get my money back and go somewhere else. 2 months before my wedding. ... read more
