My appointment was for 7:30pm, we were there just a few minutes early but our "consultant " didn't find her way to us until close to 8. She NEVER took any measurements on me and as a result we picked dresses that were way to big. My bridal party did most of the shopping ourselves. Our sales assistant seem to be more interested in the bride that was in the fitting room across from me. It was kind of upsetting. I was engaged to be married and my wedding was called off. Had my dress, all the girls had theirs. Never used, tags on no alterations... I am now engaged to someone and asked the managers if i could still come in for final alterations on my dress and to have it cleaned. I also have my maid of honor who needed her dress 1 size bigger since she had a kid. And they told me it would be no problem. The absolute worst customer service ever!! The first day I called to make a payment on my layaway and was on hold for 20mins and 33seconds before someone got back on the phone to ask if I can call them back later because they have an extremely long line at the register. I said no and that I would come in to make my payment a different day. I again tried to call to make a payment over the phone today and was on hold for 13mins and 42seconds before I hung up and called back and then was told that they are extremely busy and h... read more

My daughter and I went looking for a dress that we could buy and take with us then. We found a dress that was perfect for outside and also on the 99 dollar rack!!! We then stood around for an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a changing room. I expressed to them we weren't a wedding party , we did not need any if the staff to help us. Still we waited.. finally she tried it on and thankfully it fit! When we went to pay it kept coming up 459.00 . Even with an appointment, the service was terrible. From the host, to the personal attendant and even the managers. I'm glad I was able to get in and out quickly but only by my own accord and quick decisions, no thanks to them. Was dirty/messy, smelly and very impersonal. Shame that I HAD to use them, but from here on out, NO thank you, ever again, David's Bridal.

We had a Bridal party appointment with David's Bridal for a month, when we got there I stood in line for 30 minutes just to say I had an appointment, we were assigned an assistant but she spoke with us once and we never saw her again. 5 girls cleared their schedules for this appointment, we were there for two hours without any assistance. They finally aloud to use one dressing room for 5 girls. As the mother of the bride I was humiliated.
