From the front desk girl, to the girl she called to help us Carly was horrible!

It's good if you want to try on dresses and get an idea to see what you like or what looks good. Even though you have an appt that doesn't matter. Be prepared to be on your own. I refuse to buy anything from this place. Awful experience everytime I go.

Staff were nice but dresses (did not look at wedding dresses) and store were filthy. I've seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. Many of the dresses were not wearable due to stains, rips or pulls. I guess if you are going on to try dresses on and then order it would be ok, but don't go expecting to buy a dress off the rack.

Showed up for my alteration APPOINTMENT and they had triple booked my slot and were short staffed. I can never get through to anyone. The front desk does not answer the phones and the alterations department's phone doesn't even ring. They are always short staffed and rush you. Customer service is non existent. Period.

I went to Davids in October of 2016,the associate who help me was named Robert, I had a total of ten in my bridal party, was stated one price for my bridesmaid gowns but the paid a different price when they placed their order. I spent 1400 hundred dollars on my gown and my 2 maid of honors spent 200 a peice on theirs. The bridemaids was given 20 dollars off of their gown. I went into this store for a fitting. I called the store to order the dress I was fitted for. The dress arrived...right size...but wrong style. I took the dress back to the store. The manager informed me that they could not take it back or exchange it for the right style because I ordered it online...which I never did..I called the store to place my order...customer service answered and ordered my dress online. I had an awful experience at this Davids bridal just last Saturday when looking for bridesmaids dresses. First, it was insanely crowded, which I get it, it's a Saturday whatever. But I had made an appointment so thought it would be ok. Well little did I know how much Davids likes to overbook the same time spot. It was about 15-20 mins past our appt time before we were even called, and in the meantime told to "browse" for dresses we liked, which is a joke in itself.
