Felt like the girl that helped us was very sweet but didn’t know what she was doing. In the end everything worked out wonderfully and the bride did well and her consultant helped out very well. BUT the appts were scheduled too close together, a 130 appt called at 150. Yes only 20 min behind however would have been fine if David’s had a back up plan. Like “you consultant isn’t ready yet her is a clipboard pls write the style numbers and sizes you like”. I thought this was going to be an enjoyable time with my girls and it was far from that! When we arrived we told we had to wait to check in because we were a little early to come back. Once we finally got a stylist she was far from helpful didn’t really know much and couldn’t answer our questions. Poor customer service. Not the consultants fault... she was trying but they booked too many brides and she was juggling 4 at a time! There was no way she could give each the true attention we deserved. I had to leave... spent more time waiting for her than trying on dresses! Sonya, thank you for trying... you should be at a shop where they would appreciate your attention to your brides needs! I found my dress at a shop that gave me the attention I deserved!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Made an appointment today to try on dresses. Being a first time bride I was overly excited and ready to just be a princess. That didn't happen. Why make an appointment when the consultants are so busy, barely spend anytime with you and offer little to absolutely NO help. The staff I encountered were very rude. I went to the David's Bridal in Glen Burnie MD with my bridesmaids so they can pick out their dress. Jeffery who was our consultant... started out great but declined quickly through our appointment. Luckily, all of the girls found their dresses but Jeffery was not helpful at all. He was more attentive to his other appointment because he was going to get more commission and he made that very obvious. They weren't attentive to the notes so ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress. They weren't very helpful and hung up on the bride when she called for clarification 🤦🏾♀️
My first experience wedding dress shopping was last week and the experience was a bit lack luster. To be fair I don't know what the "normal" shopping/appointment experience is like at a Davids Bridal.
