Two months ago for my sisters wedding me and her bridesmaids went shopping there and tried brides maid dresses on ! they said they did not have the dress in my size there so they gave me a different style but in my size. The ladies in the store are wonderful but the warehouse gets a 0. It took them 6 months to get my dress here and it's way too big. I lost the opportunity to reorder due to their negligence and got zapped $300 for alterations on a $600 dress. Your error my $ why is that?
It was a terrible experience if I could give them 0 stars I would. I was super excited to look at bridesmaids dressing and I have 10 bridesmaids so you think they would be more helpful considering I was giving them a lot of business. I got to my appointment 15 mins early and I had to wait which was fine because I was early, but then I had to wait 45 mins past my appointment so I finally went over to the lady and asked what was up they said they had been looking for me and couldn't find me, which was a lie because I waited ex... read more
My mom called me in tears after leaving this location. The employees were talking about her while she was in the dressing room. It made my mom embarrassed and ashamed of her size. How dare you!
I was the only bride trying on dresses during my scheduled appointment and felt so pressured and rushed. Once I tried on 3 dresses, the sales consultant stopped letting me try dresses because according to her "I found the one". She also insisted that I buy the dresses immediately or else I would come back crying next week. She continued to pressure me saying "I'll call the designer and get the deadline moved for you because everyday we have hordes of girls coming in crying because they did not buy immediately".
