Didn’t have a very good experience at first with David’s in general. Ordered my dress from the store in Hamburg, ny and when my dress came in, i noticed that the beads on my dress were falling off, strings were loose. And l was upset of course. Took it to alternations and they said we will fix it as best as we can, when l called just to check on the dress. I was told it wasn’t even started yet, of course they said on the tag that the alternations dept told me 2 weeks which wasn’t the case. (Side note) this place wasn’t very ... read more

Just bought a dress this past weekend. Went in about a week previous, very low maintenance, found a dress on the rack that fit nearly perfect - I just didn't want to spend the $. In and out in about 30 minutes. Went back a week later to simply buy it - short timeline, tired of looking. MaryAnn was assigned to me both ventures. Mindy helped my second visit. I did not have a great experience at this David's Bridal location to say the least. I made an appointment well in advance, and when I arrived I had to wait. I was told I would be paired with one stylist, then after waiting, was told I would be paired with a different stylist, who already had another bride and bridal party to attend to. As a result, I was constantly waiting for her to help me, and she was nowhere to be found. Lady came to dressing room yelling at my daughter saying this is for my client get out. She told her that she was told to change in there. She started swearing and said she would be back and she better get out. I wish I was told this while we were there because I have had a nice talk with this lady. Don't ever go there.
I had an appointment with David's bridal on niagara falls blvd. on february 11th. When I arrived I was about 5 minutes late and my consultant was still with another bride. I understand it happens but no one communicated this to myself, they just said oh she has been waiting for you.....really? So she asks me to come back to the dressing rooms to do measurements finally but when I get back there she is still with the other bride.
