I went in and had an appointment scheduled for today. I was immediately overwhelmed. I had no guidance to help pick out my dress. I don’t understand the purpose of filling out a style profile if it wasn’t utilized. The dresses I tried on were dingy and broke. My stylist didn’t pin the dress to look at overall fit. My daughter had an appointment to try and find her dream dress for her big day. She had her mother, sister, and grandmother with her for help in deciding on the perfect dress. I felt the need to share my experience tonight. Me and my friend drove about 40 min. just to go to this store as it was the only thing we had planned to do tonight. Of course we brought our kids along bc they are well behaved and old enough to come with us to this sort of thing . Obviously well dressed and mannered. I just want to say I have never been so upset at anyone or anything like I am with this establishment. What was supposed to be the happiest day of my life almost turned into my worst nightmare.
