Let me first say that other ladies that were being helped tonight seemed like they had lovely stylist that genuinely cared about helping them find the right dress. Unfortunately that was not the case for me and my two best friends. This was my seconds trip to David’s Bridal. We had a wonderful brides maid consultant but the women that came to help us with trying on dresses for my wedding, she was very rude! It’s over rated to me! Would not recommend.

I went in on Sunday with an appointment scheduled for 3. My mother, sister, and my daughter went with me. I was checked in told if no one came to find me in 10 minutes to come back. Well of course we went searching, pulled a few dresses, then we found our own dressing room. Finally my mom found someone willing to help. she was nice and courteous but she kept complaining about how tired she was. We did my appointment by ourselves. Walked in, the front lady greeted us nicely, picked out three dresses and was about to try them on when a lady came up and asked if we needed help. When we said we wanted to try on the dresses she told us “oh well we close in 3 minutes.” Super rudely. I was blown away by the attitude as I had not known since the front lady hadn’t told us they were closing soon and I was not aware of their hours. Very rude and unprofessional! The manager turned away our business because someone was leaving at 7:30... it was 6:45 when we got there!
I was helped here a few months ago, and a very nice employee found my wedding dress, and that day when I chose it the woman helping me quoted me about 200 dollars of alteration work would be needed. I understand no one can know for sure an exact dollar amount but she indicated that as a good estimate for what my dress needed, which was basically taken in and hemmed. Horrible sizing of dresses. I wear a size 0, I was measured for a size 0 and once the dress came in had to take it elsewhere to have 7 inches taken in on BOTH sides for a total of 14 inches. Make sure you order your dresses with PLENTY of time for alterations.
