This is by far the WORST place to buy anything from. If I didn’t need a dress immediately I would have gladly went somewhere else! Their customer service is terrible they ignored me and acted annoyed I was there. And did not help me at all. I seriously sat with dresses in my hand after asking my consultant to get a dressing room for 15-20 mins and had to chase her down the store and ask her 3 times for a fitting room! In Chattanooga, TN the overall experience is nice but when someone is looking for a dress that needs alterations the girls out on the floor helping them need to be clear about the pricing of the alterations or get the actual person who is doing the alterations to answer the questions. The girl helping me told me a set price for alt, when I went in today it was over double what I was expecting to pay. Do not go here and expect help. Only tried on 5 dresses to figure out what style and was told I would have to leave. After driving over a hour taking off work and trying to have a good day dress shopping we made sure before we left if we went over the ap time that we could stay and was told that yes... it was a nightmare. They was rude and it was uncalled for. I will never use Chattanooga David’s bridal. I left in tears. After driving 12 hours to go and pick up my Mother and back the experience was a horrible. I'm not usually one to complain, but after several bad experiences, I think it is appropriate. #1 I used this store to purchase my wedding gown around March-April. After finding the perfect dress, crying with close friends and family, and ringing the bell I was told by Deb that she would have to go see if she could even order the dress... Went to get fitted for wedding dress in January i had a appointment, the whole time i was there our consultant (Debra H) was helping other clients she wasnt there helping out at all my friends and family was helping more than she was. I had a bad experience that day she didnt tell me with the kind of dress that i purchased that i would need to go up a size just in case now im stuck with a dress that is to small which is disappointing . I will never recommend her to anyone i know . You need to train her some more .

We was excited to be there and our consultant was getting dresses for our bride then our consultant told us she was helping another bride!?! So instead of getting dresses and helping our bride pick out the perfect dress we had to start getting dresses ourselves then the consultant told us not to get anymore dresses!!! If she was doing her job we wouldn't of had to do it for her!! Our bride was so disappointed with not getting the help she needed and left without a dress!
