I had the absolute worst experience in my life at this location. The service was horrible and the consultant was terrible with me. I am a larger woman and she made me feel terrible about my size and not properly fitting into the dresses. I will never use this location for any of bridal needs and I will never suggest this place for anyone.
Seriously, where to begin? They had my wedding date wrong FOUR times. FOUR. After calling multiple times to check that it was correct, it was always wrong. They even told one of my bridesmaids they gave her, her dress when it wasn't hers. Thankfully it was another bridesmaids, in our party. Terrible customer service and clearly poorly managed. How are brides supposed to enjoy this time, when they're having to stress about a company where this is their business, and they constantly screw up?
