I went in three weeks ago on a Sunday with an appointment to try on dresses for myself and my bridesmaids appointment right after. Didn't really have an issue with the staff besides it feeling very flat and mild experience and being busy which is expected. I ended up buying a dress that day, I took a few days to sleep on it and realized that it wasn't the dress I wanted. I have been to this location three times in the last 2 weeks. The girls and I recieve excellent customer service. We were helped by two amazing girls. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Donna R at the Davids in Clearwater, FL. She was very helpful on the day I went in to shop for my wedding dress. She was pleasant and genuine and I really enjoyed having her as my consultant. We bought a prom dress for my daughter last week and our sales person went above and beyond. She catered to our demands and was friendly and professional. I'm so glad we went to "David's Bridal" rather than a mall boutique or a department store (like Macy or JC Penny). It was a very positive experience
