Let’s just say I was in and out within 20 min. I did NOT feel welcome and important here. I felt as if I was an inconvenience. The lady helping me didn’t even help. My mom had to help me figure out how to put on dresses. She would disappear to help other people and come back telling me I like the dress even though I didn’t. It was as if she was just meeting her quota on amount of dresses sold and if I didn’t like something she made it known it was an inconvenience to HER. My daughter wanted to exchange her dress they said she could but when we got there we were told we were on our own. No help from anyone. Horrible place so we went to Pearls place on Severn where we spent more on a dress. Pearls place was very very helpful. I will let everyone know how we were treated at David’s.

where do I even begin... I have 6 bridesmaids, 2 dresses were fine, 1 dress had to be reordered twice because it was the wrong size. 1 dress had to be reordered because it was the wrong colour. 1 dress (maid of honor - which they had her as mother of the bride) was sent the wrong dress entirly. my dress had to be reordered because of the size, plus I think it was just off the rack because the embellishments were all coming off and there were threads everywhere. when my dress finally came in I made sure to try it on and have ... read more
Horrible customer service! When you are promised one thing over the phone it should be honored when you get to the store!
I'll start off by stating our appt for my sister was fabulous. Our bridal assistant was great. My sister found the dress of her dreams and then we found out her dress was discontinued and she was offered the sample dress(which who knows how many times it's been tried on) but because that's the one she loved she went for it. I took my bridesmaids to look for their dresses this last Saturday & our experience was terrible to say the least. She approached us in a very rude way to start off, she pointed out one of my plus size girls right off the bat and made her feel very uncomfortable. She didn’t even bother measuring anyone and didn’t clip anyone’s dresses to give them a better feel of how it would fit on them. They give your ADDRESS and phone number to Mary Kay MLM sales people who don't stop contacting you. Each branch does this. I haven't stopped getting weird post cards from local Mary Kay "sales" people stating that David's Bridal "referred" me to them. Do not give them any of your information.

Our consultant was amazing, Chloe, she went out of her way to help us and make sure we were okay (She would be the only reason I would ever contemplate going back). However, the manager Tanya was rude, hateful and extremely disrespectful. A bridesmaid and my mother(MOG) and THE BRIDE were all in tears.
