I am so disappointed in David's Bridal. I called inquiring about a flower girls dress that was ordered right before the world shut down in March. My wedding date was originally 04/18/2020. We had to reschedule it many times due to the pandemic. When I reached out to them last year and the location was closed and not allowing customers in. They were basically we understand things are crazy right now and brides are having to reschedule their weddings, we will accommodate our brides. All of that pandemic talk. Honestly I was not impressed, got zero help and not a very good selection for prom dresses.

Absolutely worse experience with the alterations department staff was beyond rude, and tried to move my dress pickup to the weekend before the wedding.

Davids Bridal in Murfreesboro TN is the most unprofessional horrible place in the world. On 1-25-21 I ordered my dress. Today I called just to check in on the status of it (gut was telling me to call). And it turns out, the dress was cancelled in early February. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. And they never returned the $500 to my account. And they pretty much told me sucks to suck. I have never been so angry in my life. I loved my bridal appt and the associate that helped me find my amazing dress. HOWEVER, I am now incredibly displeased. I received a phone call letting me know I only had 7 days to come get my dress. SEVEN. After seven days the dress will not be insured and any damages I would be responsible for even though it was in their store. I am unable to get my dress that quickly due to my mother storing the dress until the wedding (she lives 3 states away) so she has to plan a trip here. I just had my 1st bridal appointment in Columbia,SC today at 3 pm after Florence, SC suggested I go there for a better dress selection. I checked in and my consultation was a short maybe Indian women name Started with “A” maybe Abria anyway showed her 6 dresses she said she had none in my size and said sorry as if that was the end of the appointment.
