Definitely do not recommend. At all. We drove over an hour for the location, excited to see in person. We entered only to be told we had a bridal party app instead of bridal app. Cool, we’ll browse both. No biggie! Our stylist was Brittany.. With a vampire mask and penciled winged eye liner and an unbrushed pony tail.. I was accompanied by my maid of honor and a cousin. We ask which dresses come in Royal blue. Had a bad experience here last night while shopping with my girlfriend. We had an appointment at 630. The consultant was very helpful. As we were wrapping up the consultant was going to call another store to see if they had a particular dress that the bride liked, so we decided to browse the store. My friend found two more dresses that she wanted to try on. We spoke with the consultant and she informed us that the store closed at 9pm I looked at my watch and said its 825 we have time. I made appointments 5 weeks in advance. Appointments were confirmed two days before, the woman I spoke to stated I had two appointments, two stylist, like I planned. My bridesmaid got a babysitter, my mother took off work, every thing was good. At 8:52PM the night before, as I’m trying to get my children to sleep, someone from the store calls to tell me they’re moving one of my two appointments to an hour and a half later. This was the first place I made an appointment and went to try on wedding dresses. I was so excited and happy to be there but from the moment I walked in the door it was nothing but discouraging and disappointment. My entire party and I have never been treated so poorly and made feel so unimportant on a day that should be filled with excitement and joy! super disappointed in davids bridal altoona :( not only was our day overbooked, so we barely got any help with our dresses (generally wouldn't be a big deal but with covid they didnt allow us to browse, so we had to rely on one lady who was focused on other groups. I'm not sure why we booked an hour spot when we didnt get it.) BUT they shipped me a dress ripped, stained and frayed that I ordered while I was there. I had a not so great experience here last year. I was told to make another appointment by dbcares. I made an appointment for Saturday. Received a couple emails to give me instruction, pick dresses,etc. Today they called to cancel my appointment as they overbooked. How is that my problem? So again, disappointment And no dress. I guess David’s Bridal is not for me. I don’t think I will try again.

Disappointed as to say the least. Thank God for my sister-in-law. We made an appointment and the lady assisting us was busy with another customer that came in without an appointment to see her. Then she informed us that we were out of time for our appointment. Luckily my sister-in-law found my dream dress and we tried it on in a dressing room on the side on our own!! I bought a dress from the David’s Bridal in Tukwila. And it was absolutely the most stunning dress I’ve ever seen! I was having a destination wedding and needed my altered dress shipped. I paid for two day shipping on a Friday the 12th. Meaning, my dress should have came in Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week (16th/17th). My dress did not arrive until February 25th because they did not ship it out until February 18th. Due to covid I obviously had to reschedule my wedding. The dress they ordered was way too big. Apparently they accepted returns and exchanges after reopening, but didn’t feel as though that may be important information to relay to customers. I have an unalterable unreturnable dress. Very disappointing customer service.
