Had appointments for bridesmaids and both Mothers of bride and groom. The girl helped take care of the bridemaids but completely ignored the mothers. Wish I could leave a minus review. Plus just into the appointment the girl needed to take her 30 minute break, totally unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
My experience while shopping for dresses for my bridesmaids was mixed, Our associate Debbie while attentive and helpful, also seemed a little overpowering . I felt like we were being rushed through like number and not people. We had a young Jr. Bridesmaids and some of the comments on dresses she tried on were unhelpful and in my opinion rude. The woman Janet that was helping us was great... I would have liked the lighting to be better... Colors looked off... Was weird... Even took the dress to th window to see in the sunlight
I've had two bad experiences with David's Bridal. I paid 27.00 for priority shipping (2days) Only to be told by their associate. Well two days don't mean two days. Sometimes it takes three days to process a order. Then why the eff would I pay for it. I could wit for regular mail. Since it took five days get here anyways. He never offered to return my 27.00 since I never received it in the time I PAID for. I will NEVER SHOP OR ORDER FROM DAVID'S BRIDAL EVER AGAIN.!
My bridal party and myself had a horrible time this past Sunday at Davids. I wound up leaving the building upset that a special day had been ruined and felt anything but special. While my party and I did arrive early for our fittings we were told this would not be a problem and would be helped shortly, not a problem, we spent time looking at dresses and having a fine time. We had an appointment around 3:30pm on a Sunday and arrived early. We browsed around the store for potential bridesmaids dresses on our own and went to a dressing room. We were never acknowledged by any sales consultant nor asked if we needed any assistance. The two of us who were bridesmaid tried on different styles/sizes & our bride waited outside. The experience honestly started off terrible. We had to wait 20 minutes before our sales girl even acknowledged us even though we were on time for our appointment and then she seemed too busy to even be bothered with us. We ended up speaking with the manager who switched us to the other side and we ended up with a new consultant, Jennifer. She was AMAZING. I have a 2 part review as I had to go on two separate occasions. I went to David's bridal at the beginning of October along with 2/3 of my bridesmaids. We were scheduled to work with Aurora who was an absolute pleasure to work with! She asked the right questions, made the right suggestions, was on the ball the entire appointment and we didn't feel rushed at all. I literally hate going to this David’s Bridal and would rather go out of my way than go to this one. I called the Paramus store to find out if they had a specific dress in more sizes because the Totowa location only had one size and our bridal party had four people who varied in size. When I called it was like I was bothering the person who answered.
