I'm glad my sister found her dress but the lady that greeted us was horrible. Did nothing but argue with us the whole time until my sister arrived. Not a great way to get business.

Found my dress today with the help of Laura ! She was so kind, listened to everything I wanted, and what I really liked was she read my body language perfectly when I was too shy to speak out and say I didn’t like something. This place is classic money talks. Our “stylist “ was extremely rude to the bride and bridal party. Telling one that “her friend needs to work on her budget” well what she didn’t know was her grandmother was paying for it and ended up picking something that was double what she told her. I’m so disappointed I’m In tears. I just feel like everything about my dress and wedding because of this is ruined. I tried calling for the last hour of them being opened and it was busy. I’d really like for them to make it right before I have to make it a bigger situation and go higher up. I’m so sad and will change my review if they could just Make my situation right.

The only reason this review gets one star is because of the cleanup crew (actual polite employee) that came to help my fiancé and her bridesmaids try on dresses. After the first saleswoman spent hours pestering her into trying to buy more expensive dresses and not allowing her to try on dresses slightly out of budget (which they were in budget to begin with) and was overall just a terrible employee. My fiancé and her best friend came in to your store today to shop for a weeding dress. Not only did nobody personally help her, but they were exceptionally rude and just stood there and stared at her. She didn’t even want to try on a dress because she felt so judged. She left feeling discouraged thanks to crap customer service. Shame on you for making her feel unworthy of wearing one of your dresses. We spent our money elsewhere and she had a great experience there. Save your time and don’t go here.

Had my appt in easton the store manager was a doll seamed generally excited! I did have my turd head 2yr old who hadent had a nap which i am truly sorry for but all my sitters were at the appt with me and they were told not to let him run.
