I have always heard bad things about David's Bridal but I found what I thought were perfect Bridesmaid dresses. Well I have had multiple issues with them and I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone! First they helped me pick out colors that turns out my dress didn't even come in, then a color choice was put on hold and took weeks for special approval to order, half of my bridesmaid haven't even received a call or email that their dress was in, as told they would, and had to call, now I have a bridesmaid who her dress had an... read more
Had an appointment. All the consultant basically did was to bring me dresses to try. Unlike other stores did not help me with the dresses. Also forgot what she was doing so forgot to bring the dress that I had asked for. Glad this was not the first store Inhad been to; otherwise I would not have known how to put on the dresses. The problem was she had two brides to take care of at the same time. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon. She was good at answering my questions and had a good attitude. Well our initial appointment was great. But when it came to receiving emails about dresses being in they failed. Same goes with my bridesmaids they never received anything. Then i received my wedding dress (shipped clear to TN from IA) without any notification..
My sister is getting married and we went shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We all fell in love with one, but we were told it would take 16 weeks to come in. She is getting married in 4 months so that time frame was cutting it too close. We had to go with a different dress that was not our first choice and we were told it would take 8 weeks. 5 days later I get a call saying my dress is in.
