12:00 appointment but here it is, 12:42 and still waiting. The young lady at the welcome desk, Samantha, was very rude and quick to point out how it was the managers fault and David's Bridal for how they do things. There were only 2 stylists on a Saturday. So what was the point in making an appointment if they are going to be this far behind schedule?
Great service..... however i was in a desperate situation and needed to purchase a dress right away. I knew the ones available to try on and buy would have been tried on by many. It was dirty on the inside around the neck and had two small thread picks on the skirt. And just 10% off. That was not good enough in my opinion. Somehow i feel taken advantage of. Sorry.
Not a bad experience but not really what I want for my wedding dress shopping experience. I had told an employee I would be in sometime later in the evening. They called me at 2:30 irritated that I was not there at 2. I told them once again I would be in later in the evening, when I arrived they were annoyed again that I was not there at 5. I was not greeted at the door, my appointment started late, the consultant that I was scheduled with originally did not handle my appointment, they didn't habe the dress I tried on previously at another location, and overall I did not get a true bridal moment/experience
My sisters and I went to Davids Bridal on Veterans Day, (11/11/17), The place was a tad chaotic and we waited 20 minutes past our appointment time to be seen because our girl was "on her lunch" We didn't mind we were wondering through the bridesmaids dresses and were selecting ones we'd like to try one. Is it normal when you book an appointment to have the girl you are booked with to let the group know she is going on a 30 minute break ?? Why do we book an appointment ? We came in for a bridesmaid and mother of the groom & bride fitting. The mothers were not measured or helped in anyway. They had to get their own dresses and helped themselves to a change room as they were not offered one.
David's Bridal screwed up so bad for my sister's wedding. We originally went there to look at bridal dresses for my sister as well as bridesmaids dresses for all five of the bridesmaids. The lady who "helped" us seemed like we were a bother to her, helped more than one bride at once which took away most of the attention from us, and gave us a pretty bad attitude through most of the appointment, so we didn't end up getting her dress there but we still looked at bridesmaids dresses.
