My experience is pretty great for my wedding dress the prices was reasonable but when I brought my bridesmaids back to try on theirs it seemed like the women here wasn't too sure of their inventory on dresses I would love to keep coming back I just think you should work on your information

Go somewhere else....a brides special day shouldn’t be put in the hands of a gown chain....
Only putting one star because it doesn't allow a 0... We found great dresses for our bridesmaids online and we were able to get them in and try them on without any problems at all. The dresses came in and one bridesmaids dress was perfect but the other's dress was not the correct size. They got the dress switched out for us and while I was there that day correcting that issue I asked the girl if I could go ahead and schedule their appts for alterations because I did not want to wait till the absolute last minute. This was the most frustrating experience for this bridal party. We arrived on a busy day with a booking to try bridesmaids dresses. We started off getting a lot of help and our dresses being put in a dressing room for the 3 of us to use. Busy day, that's fine..we made it work. We felt though, as we were not the brides, interest was lost in assisting us to the fullest. This is the WORST store ever. Save yourself headaches and go anywhere else. I'm sad to say that, because I've bought 2 prom dresses here and had good experiences with those, but I don't know if it's recent changes or just when it comes to weddings/wedding parties but this experience has been horrible. First, the bride has had numerous issues with her dress. As a bridesmaid, we all ordered our dresses custom and were told they would be altered to our heights. The store is small, so there is much less to choose from. And the staff isn't nearly as helpful as the staff in deptford.
Now I've been in customer service for over 15 years and I know what its like to be on the other end. Because of this I don't try to make a big deal about things and I try to keep to myself (even when my face gives it away). Today is another story...I had issues with my previous dress due to the fact I bought a cheap dress thinking I was smart and saving money. I went to David's Bridal in OKC to look at dresses.
