Took my best friend to pick up her wedding dress today the dress looked like it got ran thru an accordion !!! Sooo wrinkled and the lady was a top notch bitch!!! Snotty , kept interrupting my questions, short and rude with us!!! I would have had a better experience with purchasing it on a let go site!! They didn't even give us a damn bag to cover the dress in!!! Like really??? I said uhhh can I have the plastic bag for the dress!!!!! Horrible service as always from them!!!!!
Went to go pick up bridesmaids' jewelry the day before we leave for wedding that we ordered and paid for. We were told it would be there in plenty of time. It never came in. No one called us. They said they could give us mismatched jewelry. No thank you. I am now running around day before trying to find jewelry for 7 girls. What an unnecessary added stress. Extremely unhappy.
We made an appointment for a bridesmaid dress and our consultant was also assigned to work the register. We wasted time waiting for her to work with other clients. We had to get the manager involved to get help. We picked our favorite dress and the consultant made a note to record it so if we called to order, they would have the information. She apparently did NOT do this because when I called the next business day to order, I had to provide the item number, color and size since they could not find it under the bride's... read more
You HAVE to make an appointment, even if you’re just looking. The girl who helped us was very pushy in wanting the girls to place their orders that day. She didn’t really show us too much of a variety and then told us we only had 14 minutes left to our consultation.....
Nobody help me that much when I complain about my bridemaid dress. Made up crap material than floor model. For this dress I spend $400!!! I wouldn't recommend this to anybody! Horrible place! Waste of money and time!
I didn't really know what I wanted but once I started searching and trying dresses on I found my match.
Worst experience ever!!! If you’re a bride you deserve to be treated like one. Invest the time and money and go to a boutique bridal shop and be served and treated the way you should be as a bride. The majority of the staff and corporate staff could care less about the way you’re treated or your experience and have no concern for adequate customer service. Dear Lady at David’s Bridal, I know hate is a strong word, but I hate you. “You stated that these dresses run smaller, and the one I tried on was just stretched out from all the fittings.” You probably make money on how many alterations you get customers to get. But as I stand here with tears streaming down my face. You have ruined this moment for me. Even if I gained 15lbs it wouldn’t fit right. I don’t have any money to alter it.
