We were one on one with an employee until she began to help another shopper too. There were enough employees in the store to accommodate rack customers on one. Out service got worse when we were no longer one on one

My mother, my daughter and I walked in, no one spoke to us, we stood there for 3 to 5 minutes waiting at their desk and the ladies that worked there continued with their conversation as if they didn't see us. We decided to look around on our own and after walking around the store for about 30 minutes, the ladies that worked there just continued to walk by and not even say a word. No 3-way mirrors to see back of dress(es); lack of personal attn - had to share our sales consultant and wait for her to be free. Not a good thing for a bride and her family. Big purchase and a big deal - did not feel valued as a customer.
not overly impressed, I felt the selection was lacking and the 'assistant' didn't listen to what we wanted
We had a reservation. We waited for quite some time. The woman assigned to us disappeared for most of the appointment. She was selling a dress to other customers. At one point another sales lady tried to remove the dresses pulled for my daughter. The woman assigned to us didn't pull all the dresses we "flipped" to try on. And most of the dresses were either 3-4 sizes too small or too large for us to get any indication of the best dress for my daughter. Not to happy if I was a size 0 to 10 there wouldn’t be a problem also my consultant was mia most of the time .. if it wasn’t for my daughter helping me I would of never tried on dresses .
