I am very disappointment by David's they tired lying to my face today. Two of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses at the same time and did one cash transaction. Both gave their information for the different dresses. Well my one bridesmaid and I no longer talk so she was not going to be in my wedding anymore. I had to call and follow up on my dress. I was told it would be in by end of August so when it wasn't I called only to find out that it was never ordered...and that i would not have a dreas for my best friends wedding. Who tells the bride that 1 out of 8 bridesmaids wont have a matching dress fkr their wedding?! This went on for days. The first time I went to find a dress I found the one I loved I didn't put a deposit down that day but I was told I could come back and make one. Four days later I came back with my bridesmaids to make a deposit and show them the dress another sales clerk different from the first time told me that they didn't have my dress on file or on the rack, it was sold and not in the store. I made an appointment and expected to be the focus of my stylist. The first thing she did was to hand me a book of dresses to look thru and point out which ones I liked. I told her what I liked and didn't like but wasn't really allowed to venture around on my own to see if there was anything else besides what was in the book. I purchased a dress from the Mishawaka location on 8/16/17 with Whitney. Initially she was amazing said and did all the right things. When it came to picking my dress she told me it had just went on sale and I had a 12 hour window in order to guarantee my size in the warehouse . I was told that it would arrive on January 17 of 2018 she even wrote that on my original slip. When I came in I didn't know you needed an appt to try the dress on that was in the store...Maria was so sweet and offered to assist anyway. I ordered the first and only dress I tried on that day! Recieved an email that my dress had arrived! Went to the store to pick it up and was told my order wasn't able to be found. Then she went to the back to check..came back empty handed.
