Very rude employees! Our consultant had told us she cannot order dresses in my girls sizes to try on because they don't cater to "bigger" girls. I will never go back. Or recommend this place to anyone!

Unfortunately, 4 bridesmaids left this store buying dresses without any communication from our sales associate. She maybe stayed with us for about 10 minutes in total and we were there hopeful to buy four bridesmaids gowns and two other formal gowns . Our area was cramped up with people and not enough seating. I felt very rushing during my 1st appointment. I definitely didn't enjoy the consultation
My godchild is a plus size girl and needs to be treated delicately. I made an appointment at a slow time when David’s Bridal was supposed to be slow. Unfortunately our sales consultant was working with two customers at the same time. It was frustrating to say the least. I even took the care to call early to discuss the situation to be sure we would have a dedicated sales professional. The lady working the front desk was great and the consultant was too. However having to juggled with another customer was frustrating.
Karen was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, made the whole process easy and relaxing. She even picked the dress that turned out to be the one! Wonderful experience thanks to her.
This David bridal store is the worst ever! When dress shopping the customer service was so horrible I refused to buy a dress from them. I ended up getting my wedding gown from aurora David bridal and the experience was over the top amazing! Since the Peoria location is closer to where I live I desided maybe their alterations dept has better service. It does not! I asked for boob cups at beginning of my appointment and was not charge for them because she refused to do any of the alterations to the top of my dress until an app... read more
