BRIDES BEWARE!!!! I only rate it a one star because it had to have something. This was the worst place to buy a dress on general. I had went there a few weeks after I had gotten engaged, we had a date set for next year. I bought the dress that day and paid for it in full. I absolutely loved my dress, but after I picked it up I realized I was ordered the wrong size. At first the wrong size wasn't an issue due to my wedding being an entire year away. Walked in without an appointment, and was surprised at how fast they were able to attend to me! Everything was going well until the lady that was helping me decided to help someone else, and then got completely pissy as soon as she found out I wasn't going to purchase that day. Won't go back to the one I went to, hopefully the employees at the Scottsdale location are more welcoming!
Went in February to pick out Bridesmaids dresses with my bestfriend, tried on a floor model that was probably a little stretched out.. told the associate "I've already lost 12.5 lbs - I intend on losing 50 for my bestfriends wedding in August so I'll just order this size" she tells me "no order the size up, everyone says they're going to lose weight" � middle finger to your girl, I ordered the size I originally tried on and LOST 50 pounds by my friends wedding and had to get it altered from a 22 to a 16! Girl, BYE.

Made an appointment to try on wedding dresses and it started off fine. Then come to find out she had 3 other appointments going at the same time as mine. I would get one dress on and she would leave to the next so I would be waiting for 10 minutes to get out of the dress because I was not allowed to do it without assistance from her. I was in here yesterday with the Bride to be, we were really unsatisfied with the way we were treated. They were understaffed (which I understand happens) but they only gave the bride exactly an hour and a half to try dresses on, when the employee wasn't even with her the entire hour and a half. We waited more for the employee then we did trying on dresses. And when she was with us, she made it seem like we were a bother. Would have been 5 starts but my this third time I was there with my two bridesmaids and with my appointment the constultant helped find my three main dresses and then disappeared I was very insulted and very ticked off about this last visit I explained my colors she put my girl in Coral color so it looked awful and was hard to imagine so I had to pull the correct color off the rack myself witch was in her actual size she was taking care of other people and in an HR we got a total of 2 dresses each on my girls cause he kept u... read more
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. I will never recommend shopping here. The ladies were rude. The women I had was mad at me because I couldn't find a dress that I liked and I was too picky. After trying on three dresses, I had enough. I said screw it and that I would get my dress somewhere else.
