Overall my experience was great with David's Bridal. My last interaction wasn't the best. I spent with alterations, my dress & veil about 2400 dollars. I needed my veil steamed the alteration lady wanted to charge me when they had told me I could get it steamed. I didn't have to argue it may have only 20 dollars but it's the principal of the matter. So now it's 1 day before my wedding and my veil is wrinkled....I am not a very happy customer at the moment.
I'm a plus size bride wanting a knee length dress. I made an appointment at the Easton location to try on some of the dresses I favored online. DB doesn't have too much variety in their selection (prob not too many plus-size brides wanting short dresses). I chose not to do the whole "entourage" and went solo. The welcome was bland; the ladies up front just looked at me at first then gave me a forced hi. The young lady assigned to me was polite, but felt like she didn't want to be there. Ordered a bridesmaids dress from there, they never emailed me when it came in and they have a 7 day pick up policy. Only found out it was in a month early was cause my mom picked up hers and the lady said they don't have time to call everyone. So my dress came in early, nobody emailed or called me but I have 7 days to come get it or it's put back on the rack or sent back.
The lady at the front dek named jessica was so nice and helpful then she paired me with kara and from the get go she seemed like she had other things to do. Amd my fmily had to help me the most! She was with another lady before me and her attitude was different towards them. And once i got decline for the store credit thingy she acted like i wasnt even there amymore. If i go back i wont be with her!
I went there several times to find a dress because there wasn't any other Bridal boutiques in the area. I describe a dress that I found on the website but of course they don't carry in the store they tried putting me in other things they did not want. But I found a dress on another girl that my consultant picked out that matched my criteria that she never showed me. Worst place ever. Had place an appointment two months advance.. showed up and after waiting about 45 mins for an assistant assign to us she finally showed up to help me and my four bridesmaids. Tried on first set of bridesmaid dresses were beautiful and fit them all so nice and guess what was told those only came in a wine color.... so they tried on more and more and then finally all found a set they liked and looked good on once again and guess what... they couldn't order some sizes because they item was not available anymo... read more
Worst customer service ever the staff is rude unhelpful and was un interested
I came to get my dress and it wasn't finished the day they said and now I have to get it the day before prom
