I was so excited to try dresses on yesterday. Once I told her my budget. Her attitude changed! She was very rude. I felt like this was a chore for her. She kept picking stuff over my price range. She also made a point to say something about my hips! Then asked if "After kids does your hips get bigger" I felt uncomfortable. Also saying this won't fit you because of your hips. Nice shop but staff there are not nice, if you're budget is low they will keep you waiting and almost ignore you.

I had by far the worst experience ever at this store. The lady I was stuck with put me in the very back corner of the store where there was no room for my friend and family members, plus when I walked out of the room there was a wall where another row of fitting rooms ended. I had no stage. A majority of the people there were looking for prom dresses, I'm not trying to be selfish but don't weddings come before prom at David's BRIDAL??? David's Bridal Saves Our Day: Just over 2 weeks ago my daughter & I walked into David's Bridal with a bridal horror story. We purchased her Badgley Mishka gown & had it altered elsewhere. "Elsewhere" over-altered the gown so it didn't fit! My daughter was getting married in less than 24 hours. Upon hearing our plight, the staff flew into action bringing in the "big guns", Store Manager Lisa Palmer & stylist Susan Klein, as well as the head seamstress. Alterations done to my daughter's prom dress were horrible!! This was the fourth dress I have gotten from this store in a year and will not go back due to the nasty attitude I received with this one!!
Second wedding ive been in that the dresses were purchased here and when u spend $200 on a dress u gonna wear one time then need alterations and they charge u another $130 i think its rediculous! Absolutely dissapointed for a little bit of sewing u charge almost what the dress cost i will never again purchase a dress here!
