We went to Davids Bridal for bridesmaids dresses considering they have a lot of options and decent pricing, but I'm very unhappy with the whole experience. Customer service was awful, we had one lady assigned to us who was more concerned about writing the order up than actually helping us find dresses. The Dressing room area was packed.. So back on February 4th, 2017 we drove up to Tukwilla's David's Bridal store to order this dress. They didn't have her size so instead of measuring her the right way, the manager Ashley, told the rep to just order size - - by eyeballing it. On March 11th, we went up to the store because the dress was in. First off the dress was filthy - inside the dress had makeup stains and lipstick smudges all over the lining of the dress. I would not recommend this store. The reason we chose a David's is because we thought it would be the easiest way to pick out a dress for 6 bridesmaids. The first appointment I had was for a bridal gown and the way it was scheduled there were 2 groups of the same party in the fitting rooms on either side of me who kept walking back and forth in front of the small amount of space I had. The stylist kept bringing stuff I didn't like even after I told her multiple times what I didn't like. The second appointment we had was for... read more
They were very rude. Front desk lady was nice but no one else. We didnt Have an appointment but there was no one else in the store. The front desk lady said it was a slow day, so we didnt think it was a big deal to try a dress or 2 on. She was so rude and we walked out.
