1st visit. Made an appt....they let me walk around for 30 minutes before I was helped....did get a dress I said I was unsure about as well as 200 dollars worth of overpriced stuff ill never wear again and ended up buying a 130 dollar tiara I didn't know about till I looked at my receipt later that day. 2nd visit....rushed bridesmaid....3rd visit...rushed 2 of my bridesmaids, forced dresses on them they said they did not like, then kept asking which one they wanted to buy. I order a bridesmaid dress ..the zipper wouldn't zip ..I've loss weigh took the dress back they kept the dress for two week, still wouldn't zip took the dress back a second time ..dress still wouldn't zipp ..the wedding is in 3freakin weeks ..now I have to spend more money on taking the dress to a alteration cleaners and pray they can fix it in a week !! YALL SUCK !!
The alterations department is highly unorganized. I went for my appointment tonight and they couldn't find my wedding dress. Then I was told that I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, despite showing them my email confirmation. My dress hadn't been started yet even though my first alterations appointment was a month ago.
Worst experience of my life. Staff is very rude!! I will never ever waste my time or my money in a place like this ever again.
I purchased a beautiful dress as well as beautiful bridesmaids dresses however the service was very unfriendly. A wedding is a huge moment in a woman's life and everything should feel absolutely magical!! There were a few friendly faces however those weren't the ones who helped me out. I had the busy ones the ones who didn't give their time or their input of even simply didn't seem to really care how you felt or looked in the dress. The David's Bridal in Greenwood ! They are welcoming and warming Smiles all throughout the store & pleasant � Oh but Castleton is horrible may you feel low and very rude ! I am 53 yrs old and had never tried on a true formal. I have bought sequined dresses ( I mean from top to bottom!) at Department Stores before, but had never had this experience.
