My daughter was looking for a short prom dress. The lady that helped her took her and looked through all the dresses they had in stock. It was a nice experience. I was also informed about the special on wedding dress preservation kits. I purchased one. Can't wait to see my dress come back to me.
Horrible customer service. Me & 2 other bridesmaids tried on our dresses that the bride picked out in December. Mind you, this was a couple weeks before Christmas so money was a little tight. But the sales woman insisted we pay for them that day because, in her exact words, it can take up to 3 months for the dresses to arrive (the wedding was over 4 months away.) Turns out they never ordered my dress! They took the money for it but the order never went through. If I hadn't looked into it when I did I wouldn't have a dress in time.

Today one of my bridesmaids went in the greenville store to pay for her dress, only to find out that none of my bridesmaids information was put into the system! No sizes, no colors, no styles.....nothing!!!! All 4 of them went to the same appointment in February so that it would be taken care of in plenty of time because our wedding is in October. Went to Rockville today. I called to make an appointment and was told it wasn't necessary if I wanted to come today. So I drove from Frederick down to Rockville. When I got to the Rockville store Not only was I initially ignored, one person said they were going to get me a dress I waited and I waited and saw her helping someone else. I went to a woman who turned out to be the manager who seemed helpful enough. Then I found a few dresses on my own to try on with no help whatsoever. Terrible customer service. Consultants don't know what they are doing. Seamstresses don't know what they are doing either and treat the customers terribly. All this company cares about is taking your money, nothing else. I will never use this company again and don't recommend it to anyone.
I have never had such an awful experience in all my life. First of all, when I made the appointment to come in with my bridesmaids and my mother for their dresses, the sales associate did not inform me that there would only be one change room for all 5 bridesmaids and my mom. That's 6 people, in one change room for a 1 hour appointment. Had this factor been brought to my attention I would not have chosen to go here.
