So far my experience hasn't been great and I am very disappointed as I'm spending hundreds of dollars! All started when I found my perfect dress. It was a size 6 but was too small..so the Lady working with me assumed I would fit in a size 8. So that is what she ordered. I receive a call within a week saying my dress is in. How does your company make a mistake with processing an order and your customers have to pay for it!! My best friend ordered her dress in January and it was supposed to be ready March 31st. Due to a data mishap within the company, a lot of dress orders got mixed up and now her dress wont be ready until the second week of June which is two weeks before her wedding! Have been in there twice now. First time I went in my "stylist" didn't help at all. Told her what I was looking for and she said ok well look around and I'll open your fitting room, she came back once, ended up getting my dress elsewhere. Only thing I ended up with was my bridesmaid dresses because they were cheap. My experience was horrible and disappointing form the minute I walked in the door. The associate Carol that assisted me and my bridal party was unfriendly, rude , would not listen to my vision for my dress. Kept leaving and acted As though she had somewhere better to be. Definetly need to step up there bridesmaid dress department not a lot of options really and everything kind of looks the same just slightly different versions and also very unorganized

If I would have known that the delivery of my dress would come two weeks before my wedding day I definitely would have purchased my dress somewhere else!!!!!!!
