I must say.. It started out well. However, it is disappointing knowing that I was Lied to. Being a bridesmaid is exciting. The bride suggested ordering the dresses online, after trying them on in store (because they didn't have the sizes). The associate, Cayla, who helped us said it would be cheaper to order them in-store rather than online (we would have to pay for shipping if we ordered online). Worst customer service of my life!!! #1, I went way over budget for my dress (normal pricing for most girls but I'm thrifty lol). Anywho, they were up my rear when I was in the process of looking for a dress. (Which is the way it should be). You should be made to feel special. Very disappointed. I received my daughter's prom dress and it was suppose to be brand new. I paid extra to get the right size dress. When I went to pick up the dress it was torn, missing beads, beads coming off, the hook and eye was ripped. This dress was clearly used for $282.00. The store said that all they could do is give me 10% of money back or I could pay another $40 to $50 to fix the beading for a rush fee. Why did I have to pay for the dress not being right. Terrible!!! The customer service stinks!!! I had an appointment for bridal alterations at 4 yesterday and stood around in my dress waiting til after 5 for them to even start my alterations!!! Do not go here!

This is my 3 rd time being there with 3 different brides. the first time was with my daughter-in-law to be, they didn't seem to want to help us cuz she wanted a black dress and not a white one so we did it on our own. They were rude, disrespectful to my family and treated us as if we did not belong because we didn't make an appointment. Cash in hand to buy/ order dresses they were awful. When the attendee was so condescending on the third interaction we left. But then when my daughter wrote a complaint, I was appalled to see the corporate response clearly did not read the complaint as requested information was contained in the complaint.
